Error: Microsoft Access can't be started...due to not properly registered.
Error:
Microsoft Access can't be started as there is no license for it on this machine.
Cause:
The following registry entry is missing or corrupt:
\\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Licenses\8CC49940-3146-11CF-97A1-00AA00424A9F
Solution:
Click the Windows 'Start' and select 'Run'. Type the path and filename of the Microsoft Office Setup program using the command line switch /y. Click 'OK'. In the 'Installation Maintenance Program' dialog box, select 'Reinstall'. Click 'OK' to restart the computer. Open Access.
1) Select the Windows 'Start'. (The 'Start' menu appears.)
2) Select 'Run'. (The 'Run' dialog box appears.)

3) Type the path and filename of the Office 95 Setup Program followed by a space and the /y command line switch in the 'Open' text box.
EXAMPLE: C:\OFFICE95\SETUP /Y
4) Click 'OK'. (The Office 95 setup program starts and the 'Installation Maintenance Program' dialog box appears.)

5) Click 'Reinstall'. The setup program updates the system registry.
6) When setup is complete, click 'Restart'. (The computer restarts.)
7) Open the Access program.
